Add(d)ress Ramana

 A man in the Suit

Sat at the foot
To find the truth

Prepared queries
Added worries
Many theories

Ran amok
Monk to monk
Wrote a book

Sought refuge with
the kanchi seer
Like a wandering deer

Went to pondy
To see the bounty
Full of Aura Windy

He went fully dressed
With questions to address
Eager could not suppress

That was in trance
Eye balls didn't dance
Didn't give a glance

Mountain was still
Air was chill
Water didn't ripple

Supreme consciousness
Regained Conscience
Beyond logical science

Paul is always blunt
His questions never relent
"Ask questions" urged servant

Questioner was there
Answer was there
But questions weren't there

One Gaze
Thorough graze
Mind of maze

Undressed
Addressed
Fully dressed

Paul met 400 sages
Filled book 400 pages
But this hill of fire
One in ages

Burnt one Paul
Is no more
He forgot
To add(d)ress
Man in loin cloth

Ramana !
Humana ?
Is as still
As that hill

Dissolution his solution
Surrender his mission
Witness his evolution

( Purely an inspiration from the experience as written by The suit booted English man in his accounts " A search in secret India". This author was thrown in to the laps of Arunachala on reading the accounts of Mr. Paul Brunton. Always wondered how One could feel Ramana without even seeing him physically. This poem is an attempt to take this book to many as it gives an experience to feel that Phenomenon of Hill of fire, coolly loitered around in a loin cloth , a century ago. Paul Brunton or Ramana maharishi does not need our promotion or marketing. But the experience is still relatable, encountering that entity is realizable, through one realized soul.

Paul brunton's on Sri Aurobindo is also a great analysis. His accounts of Aurobindo is available in this link : https://www.paulbrunton.org/about-paul-brunton/reflections/pb-on-aurobindo/ )

This rhyme
Written by him
On him
Thro him
Witness is just
A name sake
